HOW IT WORKS


Before the session

Once you book, you’ll get a workbook to guide you through choosing your location, props, and the vibe you’re after, plus a prep guide covering what to wear, mindset tips, and what to expect on the day.


The shoot itself

45 minutes, relaxed and efficient. I’ll gently direct you through a variety of shots so you get versatile images that feel natural and authentic.


After the session

You’ll receive a private online gallery of professionally edited images (at least 40). There are 8 included in your booking. If you love them and want more, you can purchase them individually or grab the whole gallery.

About Emma

Hello! I’m a personal brand photographer based in Hackney, serving creative women across London and beyond.

With over 11 years behind the camera (and a background in journalism and charity comms), I know how to create a relaxed photography experience that delivers images you’ll actually use.

I also juggle business and family, so I get it – you don’t have endless time or energy to spare. This session is designed to fit your life, not the other way around.

On location – your office, home, or an outdoor spot that suits your vibe and brand. I’m based in Hackney and work across London.

You’ll get a detailed prep guide once you book, but in short: wear what makes you feel most like yourself, when you feel at your best in a professional setting. Bring a change of outfit – we have time to shoot two different looks.

Not at all! In fact most of my clients say this before we start. I’ll guide you through everything, and the relaxed vibe helps people forget the camera’s even there. You’ll be surprised how quickly it feels natural.

Within two weeks of your session.

Yes – you get full commercial rights. Use them on your website, LinkedIn, social media, press materials, printed collateral… wherever you need to be visible.

No – there’s a focus on variety. Headshots, yes, but also full-length, environmental shots and different angles, expressions and actions. The goal is versatile imagery you can use across platforms.

Makeup isn’t included, but I can recommend trusted makeup artists if you’d like that extra confidence boost (additional cost).

Life happens. Just let me know as soon as possible and we’ll work it out.

I edit for colour, light, and a bright, natural look – but I don’t alter features or airbrush you to within an inch of your life. The goal is images that look and feel like you at your professional best.

With the variety we’re aiming for, this is highly unlikely (and has never happened yet). But if you’re genuinely unhappy, we’ll talk through what went wrong and figure out a solution together.
