You receive a curated proofing shortlist gallery for each person

Default: Each person chooses their own final image
Option: Organiser chooses for the whole team (recommended for larger teams/tight deadlines)

Timing: Proofing galleries within 2 weeks. Final images delivered within 1 week of selections (rush available).

Retouching: Spots, lint removed by default, further retouching available on request. My approach is natural, respectful and authentic – no face/body reshaping or “glass” skin.

LONDON TEAM HEADSHOTS FAQ

Within two weeks of your session.

A minimum of 3m x 3m of clear space.

Power outlets and a private/low-traffic space so people don’t feel overlooked. The room needs to be one where the lights can be turned off, or at least dimmed. If there are tables in the room, they should be moved (some offices have wiring that makes this difficult. If a table can’t be moved, we’ll need to ensure there’s adequate space to set up alongside it).

Allow 10 minutes per person (this is an average). When booking a room, please also factor in 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack up.

I recommend something you might wear to a first meeting with a new client or investor. The level of formality really depends on your organisation’s culture. I’ll send a guide that goes into a bit more detail about things like colours and patterns (as well as makeup etc).

Yes, I can usually reverse engineer the lighting set up to match the style.

I deliver a small curated shortlist for each person, so choosing is quick and straightforward. By default, each person chooses their own final image.

To keep the project moving, selections are due within 7 days. If someone hasn’t chosen by then, the organiser can choose on their behalf (or I’ll select the strongest option) so we can finalise the job on schedule.

For larger teams or tight deadlines, organiser selection is also an option.

I remove temporary blemishes by default (no need for panic over a skin breakout on the day of the shoot! and thing like dust/lint on clothing. Additional retouching is available on request. My approach is natural and respectful: I won’t change face or body shape or do heavy skin smoothing that looks unnatural.

Yes – my standard turnaround is 2 weeks for proofing gallery delivery, with rush options available by agreement. If you have a specific deadline, tell me in your enquiry and I’ll confirm what’s possible.

The price includes 1 final headshot per person. Final images are delivered in colour and black & white, with multiple crop options from the same chosen image, so they work across different uses (e.g. website and LinkedIn).

I’m known for bringing a calm, positive energy that helps put people at ease. I give plenty of gentle direction for natural poses and I keep things moving, so you feel supported, guided and never wondering what to do with your hands. Mindset and preparation can really help as well – there’s a section on that in my prep guide.
